How long until I get my order?

Standard turnaround time is 10-14 days and typically ships via UPS ground. However, we do offer rush services if needed.

Do you charge screen/setup fees?

At Inbound Ink we don't charge screen or setup fees. The price you see is the price you get. For embroidery jobs we do charge a one time digitizing fee, but the file will be kept for future use. 
 

Do you take rush orders?

Yes we do take rush orders! There is an additional charge for rush orders but we can get you apparel in as fast as 24 hours.

Do you accept customer provided items for printing?

We do accept customer provided apparel for printing. Although it is rare, if an error in printing occurs we can not be held responsible for replacing the garment.

What is the best format for artwork?

A high resolution .eps .ai or .psd file always works best. If you don't have these formats a high resolution .jpg is the next best thing. Not to worry we do provide art services if needed. 

How do we pay for an order?

We accept Credit Cards, Checks, and ACH payments via online invoice or over the phone.

Do you provide samples?

We always provide a digital mock of you design prior to production which is a great tool for seeing how your order will look. Due to the vast amount of time and materials for setup we only provide a physical sample for orders over 500 pieces if requested. 

Can I order different styles with the same print?

Of course! As long as the print is the same you can order different styles. For example 24 t-shirts and 24 sweatshirts with the same print is A-OK!
